TEFL TESOL Course Spain - Sevilla

Teach English in Sevilla, Spain

Though not as well known as Madrid or Barcelona, the Andalusian capital Seville lives and breathes history. From the 14th century Moorish architecture to the third largest church in Christendom and the medieval streets of the Barrio Santa Cruz to the pageants of Semana Santa, the city of Seville brings its history alive with every step you take.

Seville allows you to glimpse the heart and soul of Spain. Traditions dating back hundreds of years still attract visitors from all over the world today. For the festival of Feria de Avril, the ladies of Seville parade the streets in their finest flamenco dresses and local landowners arrive on horseback to attend the local bullfights. The party really begins once the sun goes down and Jerez is drunk till the early hours.

The food and drink of Andalusia is amongst the best of the Mediterranean. As you stroll through the many plazas filled with diners and party goers, traditional bars will tempt you in to sample the house tapas and enjoy a cool glass of sangria before drifting off to find a restaurant offering gazpacho or paella or perhaps catch on of the many performances of flamenco.

Your studies take place at the 'Learn with US UK' language school, which in addition to the TEFL programmme offers English and  Spanish classes. Learn with US UK is located in Calle Sierpes  a lively central area - the main tourist shopping street in town.  It is located next to Plaza Nueva, the town square, which is considered the centre of the city.  You can be assured that  teaching staff Dawn, Johanna and David will help you to settle into Seville life and help you to embark an a new career in English teaching in Spain (or wherever you want to go).

The school is  fully equipped with Internet and air-conditioning. The school is only a 15 minute walk from the TEFL student“ accommodation.  The living accommodation is in 3 or 4 bedroom apartments. You will have your own room (unless you request to share), and two other trainees as flatmates. The flats are comfortable and simply furnished. The kitchens are equipped with basic cooking utensils, stoves, refrigerators and washing machines. Blankets and sheets are provided, but bath towels are not.

TEFL students who would like to study Spanish during their course will get free one to one Spanish classes which are geared to their specific needs. There is also the option of arriving in Seville before the course or staying on after to get extra Spanish tuition at very preferential rates.

A full social and excursion programme is offered by 'We Love Spain' an event management company located in the same building. End of course excursions to Morocco or Portugal can be organised as well as the regular programme of events in Seville.
